He founded Killer Creamery after numerous people within the keto community encouraged him to come up with a no sugar or low carb ice cream that had a better quality, taste, and texture than other treats in the market. As a dessert lover himself, he jumped at the chance. Louis leverages his background in product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Louis holds a B.S. in food science from the University of Idaho.
