Veronica Seo brings nearly two decades of marketing, product, and operations experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and optimize engaging web and mobile experiences to millions of users across healthcare and financial services. In her current role at Truepill, Veronica's team is responsible for the vision, strategy and delivery of world-class patient experiences on behalf of Truepill's partners.
Truepill is Veronica's second foray into healthcare -- she previously led product for web and mobile for accessing care for Kaiser Permanente's 12 million members, including scheduling, messaging, pharmacy, and EMR. At Truepill, Veronica's team is leveraging Truepill’s patient-first technology and infrastructure to build D2C experiences for health brands, pharma manufacturers, and health plans. Prior to Truepill, Veronica stood up and led the digital product, operations, and analytics teams at CSAA insurance group responsible for all consumer- and agent-facing applications, capabilities and platforms. Veronica began her product career at Wells Fargo, where she launched appointment scheduling for all 6000+ stores and in the call center, as well as a refreshed digital experience for student lending and small business banking.
Veronica earned her BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is a Bay Area native who resides in Pleasanton, CA with her husband Steve and two boys, Nicholas (8) and Matthew (5); when they're not rooting for the 49ers and Warriors, you can find Steve and the boys training in martial arts (hapkido) while Veronica continues to hone her culinary and margarita-making skills -- both of which were sadly quite limited pre-pandemic.
